Our didactic proposal
The project is aimed at providing kindergarten and primary school students with theoretical knowledge of the historical, artistic and archaeological heritage, through laboratory activities and guided tours. The Castiglione museum system offers educational workshops related to four main historical-artistic moments: prehistoric, Etruscan, Roman and medieval civilizations. The fundamental objective of the project is to make the teaching experience as engaging and communicative as possible: to this end, the rooms and clothing related to the different historical periods will be re-proposed in the museum premises. As regards the offer aimed at second-level secondary school students, guided tours of the museum system are offered, conducted by expert staff. There are also activities of various types coordinated by qualified personnel and aimed at subjects belonging to disadvantaged categories.
